Bingo, it's self selecting for the type of driver and the driving behavior. Has very little to do with the car itself. Having said that, if there's some sort of aftermarket roll bar that could be installed in a vert, I'd suggest considering it.
Bottom line is don't be an idiot and you'll be fine.
