Still no confirmation on rather or not it is a spun bearing or a bent rod.

I don't think its a spun bearing.

No metal shavings in the oil filter at all, no visible cylinder damage, Car had oil,

I would have to pull the oil pan to check for metal fragments but I suspect I won't find any.

Leaning towards a bent rod, but not sure if I should see physical damage in the cylinder or not, and there was no oil leak at all after it happened so don't think I threw a rod through the block either.

Long story short though regardless of what the issue is I need a new engine. In super conservative mode saving money at the moment, but it will be a long time before I can do anything.

Right now trying to find out best way to store the car for a year without it rusting away to nothing.
