Keep it under 10 psi and plenty of fuel (preferably E too) if you need it to live for a decent amount of time. Some guys push it further but usually not for too long…!
Pistons/rods are your choice but quality forgings are the order of the day. GPI drop-ins gets plenty of love but for good reason…they take a pounding.
