Did you hear the term "accepted" from.chevy chat? They tell that to everyone, including people at event code 1100 (no allocation). Hopefully you are at 3000. Might want to check with your dealer for your event code. Do not waste a second of your time contacting chevy chat as they no longer give event codes.
