So I've more or less solved my front brake pad
problem. Adding the big SS deflector greatly helped the life of my Ferodo 1.11 pads. I got roughly 17 sessions on them at Road America. Sessions 16 and 17 had A LOT of pad fade a couple of laps in, so it was time to change them. I suspect they are glazed.
However, I am now having some big problems with my rear brakes. I'm running Ferodo 1.11 everywhere.
My rear rotors were significantly hotter than my front rotors. Using an infrared temp gun, my front rotors were ~350F. My rear rotors were ~500F. The white paint on the 1LE lettering on the calipers is starting to brown as well, and the pads again appear glazed. I am running n PTM Race. I should also note I am in a standard ZL1, not a 1LE. I am trail braking, but not double foot driving, so brakes and accelerator are never being touched at the same time.

Something to note is that when I get off the track and driving back to the paddock, I will hear my brakes chirping without applying my brakes. I suspect my pads are sticking to my rotors, but I don't have any uneven wear.

I changed out from the above pads to brand new 1.11s, and I had my friend help me. Neither of us noticed anything wrong with the pistons. They compressed very smoothly. Seals looked good. No fluid leaking.
My friend suspects the pads are binding on the Brembo punch pins and aren't retracting when I left off the brakes. There are scoring marks on the pins. I applied some brake grease to the pins on one side of the rears, and there was no discernible difference in temperature.
The brand new 1.11s have about half life remaining after 10 sessions. I haven't taken them off yet, but I suspect they are also glazed based off of how much pad fade I was having at the end of the weekend.
Looking for ideas on how to address the issue. Caliper rebuild? Replace the punch pins?
