That's because HPtuners said themselves it would never be cracked nor had any interest. Said the same about unlocking the T93. I believe Trifecta actually found the exploit to unlock the global b bootloader. This requires sending the ECM in to be bench flashed. If I had to guess HPtuner spent some money for the exploit....could be wrong.
