Generally speaking, chevy chat people know that your order has been stagnat for months, but they are trained to bullshit the consumer with false positive verbiage like "your vehicle has been accepted and is working toward production, congratulations you must be so happy"
I have received this same canned response for 9 months straight on the last truck that I ordered.

I just double checked and they gave me the wrong info. The order has not been accepted by GM lol unbelievable!
