It seems like most Florida dealers need workbench training. I ended up going with an out-of-state dealer that could get an order submitted, as everyone I talked to from Jacksonville to Orlando and in between all got the error and did not know how to address it. (reading is hard folks...)
I was told GM changed the ordering system a few weeks back; maybe that is contributing to the lack of ... understanding of the system.
