Been lurking for a while and wanted to say Hi! Made the decision to finally pick up my dream car, a Camaro SS, when the speculation the 6th gen was going to be the last Camaro was verified. I knew I wanted a 1LE, but didn't realize how difficult it would be to get my hands on one. I had to let 2 slip through my fingers locally, due to mark up and dealer add ons, and had been watching Chevy's online inventory for up to 500 miles from me for months. I got extremely lucky when I found my exact build at my local in town dealership only 2 miles from me, a 2023 2SS 1LE in Shadow Gray Metallic. It caught me completely by surprise as I said I had been watching the south Texas inventory like a hawk. When I went in to go look at it I found out it was a special order, and the person who ordered it backed out when it was delivered so it never showed as a dealer order. I was able to get the dealership down to MSRP and couldn't sign the paper work faster. Any way absolutely love the forum and I look forward to being part of the community.
