Now that I have some experience with driving with the Lightweight flywheel, id say maybe your tune could be something that could be tweaked. With the lightweight flywheel, it drove damn near like stock. Was able to get out of first with essentially no throttle and take right off. It took minimal adjusting to get used to it. Granted this is just my experience and could be different for others.
