I don't have experience with any of Mantic's LT or Twin Disc options, but I had a single disc behind an L33/T56 combo in a Miata. What I was most impressed with was their customer service and tech support when I had an issue with a bent finger on the pressure plate from shipping. They, as a company, were absolutely fantastic, and I would not hesitate to give them a shot if I needed a clutch for my ZL1.
I would give them a call and tell them what you are wanting and see if they have an application that will fit your need.
