Hmm, I’m not an engine builder, but most of the time I see people running lower compression than that so they can run higher boost and more timing. Maybe on E85 you can get away with it but I’m not sure on that. I’d talk to a couple of professional engine shops experienced with the LT4 before going down that higher compression road.
