I don't know what marketing you are referring to. I source raw cells and make packs for my projects.
Believe, don't believe, not my problem. I'd tell you to go give one a try, but I wouldn't recommend using one on a street car, or something you need to rely on. They are great, but the narrow safe operating temperature window makes them not suitable for a street car IMO.
Lithium titanate is a great chemistry for cold weather, but they are harder to get and more expensive.
