Have you guys seen this Tire Rack Vid? Right now the cars generating the highest cornering forces seem to be using relatively small tires. STX class Toyota 86s are getting up to 1.6g running RE71RS in 255 width. An MR2 Spyder is hitting 1.5 with even narrower Stones... CAM cars aren't competitive in this area, is it just that we're too heavy, center of gravity too high, or ?
Also, with the new .827 PAX I'm not sure what it'll take to be competitive in CAM-C short of buying a GT4.R race car (~3200 lbs) and installing some interior trim pieces. Now we have to raw time AS cars like C6Zs and Cayman GTS? Seems impossible to compete on PAX short of having something like that GT4.R
