Allocations are typically dropped on thursdays and accepted by the following tuesday, so it doesnt take months.

If I ask for a screenshot of the order, will I be able to see if an allocation was used on it? The only reason I give them the benefit of the doubt is that Chevy Chat told me that LT1s are on a 20% restriction. But I don't know if that is pre or post allocation.
