So today I realized I did not know how to open the door when the fob dies. I looked up the procedure and was able to get the keyhole cover removed, unlock the car, etc. No problem.

Well, when I went to reinstall, I guess I was being a dumba$$ and reinstalled it incorrectly. Now the rear portion of the keyhole cover does not seat down and I can no longer remove the cover: it's stuck by whatever pin or mechanism holds it in on the forward part of the cover.

Any idea how I can correct this?
