You need to relocate the harness now before the tire eats it. That's what everyone does.
It's common knowledge that running anything taller than the factory spec tire that it'll do exactly this. Rubbing through the liner and destroying the fuel harness.
That's the only liner that has a wire harness running through it. Don't know why GM engineers thought this was a good idea but that's engineers for you.
