I saw Jokerz post a pic of an LT4 blower about 2-3 months ago saying something about this is why we don't use epoxy. Apparently the epoxy had failed and he mentioned that it was due to the expansion and contraction of the aluminum in the blower. He did not state where the blower came from but one could infer from his post. To my knowledge this may be the ONLY blower I've seen with epoxy that failed and I don't know any details about the car that it was removed from. I'm inclined to believe that the failure rate is ridiculously low though otherwise Kong's reputation would be mud by now. Granted, I would have rather have seen it welded than epoxied though.
