If the dealer gets an allocation for a ZL1 and your order is for a ZL1 , your next in line at the dealership, then your order moves to accepted by GM and 2000 status.

Unless there are constraints on some part of of the car you ordered it then should proceed to be built in a month or so.

If the dealer never got an allocation then it sits at 1100, that order can sit for months before GM gives them an allocation that matches your order and it would then move to status 2000. Some folks have waited a year for a Camaro, most of that time was waiting for an allocation which matches their order at the dealership. Sitting for months at status 2000 if there are no constraints is pretty unusual. Was your order for a ZL1 or a SS 1LE?
So I work in the same auto group as the dealer I ordered the car from and I dealt with the GM as he is a friend and colleague. When I reached out in feb he said he had one allocation for a camaro in Feb. I said great can I order a zle. He then reached out to his rep and asked if we could use the allocation for a ZLE. The dealer rep informed us we could use the allocation for a zl1, but it couldn't be a 1LE package. Ok great I said go ahead, I'll take the allocation. The order was excepted right away as status 2000. After a few months we both got impatient and he reached out to the rep again, and that is when he said the order needed to be a 1le. Made no sense as he told us before we couldn't order a 1le. Anyway thought I would clarify. I doesn't make any actually sense, but here we are
