My suggestion is first check your priority level if you haven’t already. Ideally you want to be a 1 meaning your first order in line at your dealer. After that as long as you have priority 1, it’s a matter of your dealer getting an allocation for your build. I will say allocations are at least trim specific it seems. Sounds like Chevy tells dealers what they can and can’t order when they send allocations out on Thursdays. It’s not just a matter of getting an allocation for a Camaro period, perhaps sometime GM gives the dealer several trim options to possibly order I don’t know. My dealer specifically told me the allocation they had available was for a 2SS 1LE which is what my build was for.
