I would worry about specialty parts, 1LE and ZL1 are at the highest risk of having parts shortage, for this reason, I've been thinking about buying a spare set of MRC dampers and stash them away, e-diff is another big ticket item that I fear will have shortages in the future or Camaro specific stuff with no aftermarket like the interior lighting.
Other things, not so much, doubt any engine part will ever be difficult to find or to switch to the aftermarket, breaks, trans, cooler are easy to go aftermarket or are shared between a lot of vehicles.
