Your post is a bit confusing, particularly since it's April, but also since it's not clear what you plan to use the tires for. Are you planning to run these tires year round? Or is this a second set of tires for inclement weather / cold months? You asked about snow tires, but didn't mention driving in snow and it sounds more like you're looking for tires that are suitable for cold weather driving.
I suspect you may be looking for an all season tire recommendation, but can you clarify?
