I installed the H&R springs on my SS 1LE on Monday 3/27. It's only been a couple days but the difference in my ride quality is very noticeable. Hitting the same road bumps or potholes I have in the past the car is far less jarring and it feels like the suspension is actually working now. The ride is much more confidence inspiring as if I am on throttle hard and hit a bump in the road the rear end won't jump and lose traction as easily. The H&R springs are a progressive spring rate spring so part of the spring is softer and part is stiffer, that way the soft part can absorb small jarring bumps while still maintaining a stiff ride.

I highly recommend the springs and besides the better ride quality the car also sits great, still looks OEM but better and still plenty of ground clearance on the lip.

I will be doing an autocross and trackday in April and if there is any noticeable difference there I will comment on it.
