They realized trucks and SUVs were the money makers and just focused on them. Now with more environmental regulations they sacrificed the Camaro to keep the more profitable vehicles in focus. I get it from a short term profit standpoint, but they are neglecting so many customers and its turning us away from the brand. I was considering Chevy for my next family SUV purchase but its not even on my list anymore.

I am pretty much with you on this Camaro was my first Chevy and I love the car but it could have done better with GM support but they let it go. I do not run GM though and it was their choice. I can't entirely say I wouldn't buy a GM truck with a V8 but with my wife having the employee discount perk with Stellantis and my prior employment as a auto technician with them back when they were FCA I can get a way better deal on a Ram and they are also good trucks. EDIT: Anything else GM I wouldn't buy though unless it was maybe a Corvette how GM handled the Camaro left a bad taste for me.
