My car is stock except for a green filter and removal of the rain/snow blocker. I been giving some serious consideration to adding a flex fuel sensor. The biggest thing stopping me is an easy way to measure alcohol content. I’ve got an older P3 Guage installed but it doesn’t measure alcohol content.

I have a Banks iDash super gauge in a pod. It monitors anything you want including E content. Nice addition and it is clean...it appears you like clean
You can do a vent mount also if windshield mount is not something you desire. I will find a pic.
