I’ve never understood this line of reasoning; This assumes that GM did not set up the brakes correctly from factory, obviously they already know how much bracing force is required from the front and the rear to stop the car in the best possible manner. I talked directly to Giro Disk, and they completely disagree with changing the pad Friction bias/ratio between the front to rear for the reason I just mentioned. They said make sure the pad friction is the same for the front and the rear.

I even took a step further and put DCT 70s on the rear and DCT 60s on the front (I was doing this because I thought I had over heating problems with the front rotors. Turned out to be a different issue completely and I was thinking a little oversteer would be faster.), however I wasn’t a fan of the slight corner entry Oversteer under trail braking.
