If you leave at -2 camber and add the 3mm spacer, you'll likely clear the strut just fine. HOWEVER, you will have more poke at the top of your tire. Under compression, there's greater chance of fender contact. It might not happen because the stiffness of the suspension but since our cars can get more camber and with the added performance/tire life benefit, why wouldn't you max out?

I am at -2.6 up front with just a strut grind and rund 19x11 et9. No rub.
