Fuel lines are done. I waffled around again for an hour trying to figure out the best routing using the parts I had. In the end I stuck with the original plan.
If I had a large selection of fittings on hand, I probably would have went with something closer to my version 2 drawing, maybe even flipping it around a bit so the line to the HPFP comes in from the front under the manifold. The 180 fitting was just awkward. Needs to be something slightly less than 180 degrees.
In any case, did the best I could using what I'd already ordered.
Manifold is on and torqued. Moved the DSX FF harness to the driver side from the passenger side. No huge issues.
Started connecting up the PI injector harness. A couple connections were REALLY tight, but fiddling around with the angles of the injectors I was able to get everything connected up.
I might reach out to THPSI and suggest they add a little more relief in certain spots to help with installing the square injector adapters. The square injector adapters couldn't be clicked into place with certain injector rotation angles because the connector would hit the edge of the plate. Really difficult to explain, but in the end, everything is connected up. It didn't stop progress, but it would have been a little easier if there was more freedom of movement there.
It's all looking really nice now! That's probably all I'm going to have time for until next weekend! Next weekend will be finalizing the routing of the wiring, installing the Reflex, checking for fuel leaks, etc... and if the weather cooperates, maybe a tune and test drive!
