It appears they are stamping the part number for the whole TB assembly on the plastic actuator.

Looking at this, it appears you should be able to buy another one and just swap it. Since the position sensor and actuator motor are inside the same housing, there is nothing that can get out of calibration. This idea seems to be supported by what I read online, and probably reflects why they build and sell them this way.

I would still do my best to make sure the old TB and new TB are both at the idle position before proceeding with the swap.

You are looking at about $50 for used and $80 for a new TB on ebay. realistically, if you could buy a new actuator separately, it would probably be about $50-60.
