I think ~2 degrees camber plus a little clearance on the strut would be enough... the strut clearance is not into the actual strut, just some sheet metal, you could do it with a small dremel pretty easily. 3mm spacer would work too with stock wheel studs. An 11" wheel is 1" wider than stock, and there's not a ton of extra space on a SS 1LE.
I assumed you're looking into this for autox or track use, that's why most people look into wider wheels and square setups. If it's for a daily I'd stick with OEM SS 1LE sizes, they are overkill for street use as-is.
