You cannot get to 700whp on 93 without a cam to bleed off some dynamic compression on a SBE LT1. You need either, E85, Race fuel, VP octanium, or Meth injection. Ideally on a pump gas build I would do cam, rods, lower CR pistons. Or trade in and buy a ZL1.
