As far as the quick release itself, here is the hub you will need. This is just to adapt from the Camaro to a universal wheel setup:

After buying the hub, you will still need the quick release and a new steering wheel. You can use your choice of brand for the quick release and steering wheel as long as it is a 6 bolt design setup. My recommendation would be to get a quality brand like Works Bell for the quick release and a quality steering wheel. NRG is fine for the hub (since it is just a block of aluminum, but I wouldn't use their quick release.
To my knowledge there is no way to use the original steering wheel with a quick release. Hope this helps!
