The PN's seen on the stickers on new builds are for complete assemblies (caliper, pads, spring clips, pins, cross bolts). The rear BCD J6H caliper PN's (without the pads, etc.) are the same as regular ZL1 1LE J6H ones.

The front BCD J6H for A1Y (SS 1LE) or A1Z (ZL1 1LE) red caliper PN's you would order from a dealer, without the pads, etc., are 86791548 LF / '49 RF.

The assembly plant or a sub-assembly VAA (Value Added Assembler) uses "loaded" calipers during the vehicle build process. Hope this helps further explain.
