That is kind of a loaded question.
First off, what model Procharger? What compression? With a stock cam the LT4 fuel system doesn't go that far. With a 38% fuel lobe and a P1x you can make 750-800whp on E50 @ 11-12psi. Going to need an aux low side or bigger tank pump as well.
If you are doing rods/pistons you might as well delete DOD and at least run a cam with a bigger fuel lobe. BTR has a stock profile 32% fuel lobe if you don't want a larger cam.
If it was my build I would do a D1SC @ 10psi, ToohighPSI port injection kit, and you can make around 700whp on full E85 without needing to open up the motor.
This is coming from somebody who has spent money upgrading DI fueling, but the costs have since sky rocketed on the LPE HPFP to go this route. So currently PI is the more cost effective option.
