Yes, we are
sure this is true.
As previously noted, The ZL1 and ZLE have the same caliper
size. The only difference is the color and script. IOW, they can could be swapped between a ZL1 and a ZLE with no issues.
The SS 1LE has a smaller sized front caliper, rotor and different pad shape and different rear brake components.
To the OP, I can tell that ebay ad is correct in them saying they are ZLE calipers.
All Zl1s come with a different rear caliper, rotor and pad vs the SS 1LE.
And at the front, I can see the pad shape. The SS 1LE and ZL1/ZLE have very different pad shapes and the ebay front caliper most definitely contains a ZL1 pad.
There is one exception as of the 2022 and newer SS, SS 1LE, ZL1 and ZLE. It is the addition of the BCD Copper Free brake package.
The 2022 and up Camaros that have the available copper free package all have the same calipers, rotors, pads, and hoses, EXCEPT for any caliper color and script changes that are related to a specific model or option.
EDIT: Another BCD note. The BCD package front calipers, front rotors and front pads are larger than what is found on the ZL1s that have the typical Ferodo HP1000 Package.
