I went thru the race gas era on my 16SS, spent a lot of money at 14.00 a gallon on Ms109, believe me I went thru a lot of it running 8 to 10 races a year for 3 years. Just do port injection and you'll save money in the long run. I wasn't even driving my car on the street because it was so much trouble messing with going back to 93 octane at the time. GO E.
