Brakes are different between the SS 1LE and ZL1 (non 1LE) unless the new for 2022 BCD copper free brake package is selected. And even then the caliper colors are different. There are some minor interior differences. There is some calibration differences. Powertrain and suspension wise, the SS 1LE is essentially a ZL1 without the LT4.

The SS 1LE and ZL1 tires, wheel sizes and offsets are the same.
