Making the ride more daily/road trip friendly?
So next month will be 3 years and I'm at a crossroads with the car. I did a 4 hour round trip yesterday and it got on my last nerve. I knew it going in 3 years ago, but as I get older, it seems to feel worse or it's just the car after 40,000 miles. I seem to remember it being "better" on my last set of Bridgestone S007's, but this set has sucked from day 1. Is there a tire and/or aftermarket spring combo that might help? My experience with aftermarket springs is they are stiffer to make up for the loss of suspension travel. I really liked my 2017 Camaro SS non-1LE car. It handled great on the street and still absolutely was a blast on track.
Thanks for any input, getting older sucks BTW. I'm 51 and have been driving sporty/modified type cars forever. That probably hasn't helped my back.
