Prior to this zl1, my really high HP cars were awd, with the exception of other Camaros, mustangs, and Corvettes - but all were the ones in the 400hp range (c6, c7, GTs, SSs, z28s) - those were manageable at that power level, especially if it wasn't too cold out.
