On the current LME 416 set up there are about 6000 miles on it (daily driving) and about 8 track days. This engine is pretty much bullet proof or so they say.
Had this NOT been a daily driver as well I probably would have done a dry sump on it as TED suggested earlier.

I can guarantee that if you have not addressed the lubrication issues the bullet proof engine will suffer the same failures.
Oil aeration is a huge problem at sustained High RPM, there are lots of articles on this very subject, it is the fate of many racing engines.
