Assuming this will be your only set of tires (i.e. you won't have a separate set of winter tires), then either of these would be a great choice. They are the two best performance all-seasons out there right now. I believe the PS4S AS is a little better on snow and ice and the DWS06+ is a little better in the dry and wet, but review the Tire Rack comparison test to make sure I'm remembering correctly (be sure to check their charts for dry/wet as well as ice/snow, which are two different pages). I have no experience with the OE Goodyears, so I can't give you good advice as to whether you should stick it out with them for longer or not. I do agree that either of the above tires will ride better than the runflat OE tires, though.
