False. I work remote 60% and it's a remote day, but we have a leadership meeting this afternoon. We are learning as much as possible to lower turnover in our organization - the healthcare/hospital industry turnover rates have gone way up since COVID. The nursing shortage is going to get worse by 2025 based on the latest school/educational enrollment numbers.
