Best I can tell is that they are functionally identical except the rear is provissioned for the axle shaft splines and nut, and the front has the dust cap.

GM part numbers 13542186 Rear
and Front. EDIT: 13542187

Curiously and for reference. The CTS AWD, same basic architecture as Camaro, uses the same hub part number front & rear. On the RWD version, the CTS uses the same part numbers as the Camaro...
