But the car is just so good on it's own in stock form... Unless you NEED to tinker for specific reasons, just leave it alone. No need for catch cans, cold air intakes, etc... Unless you just have money you want to spend for no return. Otherwise, you are getting into heavy mods which will get into void warranty territory.
Instead, keep up on good maintenance. Get the proper oils, do an early oil change or two (500/1500 or something), do the diff fluid change early, etc...

What tires did you get to replace the run flats?
