With the bolts on you mention above, you should be safe... probably around 450ish whp and torque somewhat near that. A tune is a must for sure and you are doing that. However, when you boost the LT1 motor, that is a entirely different game. The pistons are the weak link on the LT1 motor (non ZL1), so guys will go with forged pistons, rods, and a different cam usually.
It is all about chasing the HP/Torque for some guys/gals. Usually, the higher number, the more considerations need to be taken for sure. Others look at warranties and reliability as a daily driver, so everyone is different.
My suggestion if you plan on more mods in the future, reach out to some of these guys on this forum, as there is a wealth of information from these people. Normally, they have already done the mod you are looking to do in the future.
