In my experience Fuel quality plays a big role in base numbers as these cars are very Knock limited by fuel.
I have had some dyno low 530 with bad fuel and same car with good fuel make 560.
My personal car dynoed 560 on good pump 93 and 580 on Sunoco GT 100.
Same car with my 125 flex fuel road race package NO PULLEY CHANGES, makes 670 on E-65 which is where the fuel system starts to show signs of maxing out.
I routinely raced my car on the road coarse with E-60 as well as many other customers.
Take away the E and you gain quite a bit of Head room.
SatinSteel1LE has a Magnuson 2650 and a JMS, I tuned is car to just a hair under 700 and still have some room on fueling.

It isn't a blanket statement at all. Post a 60-130 time of you 670whp car with the 125whp flex package. I bet they are low 7's full weight. Which supports my point that dinos read different and cross comparing is pointless without a baseline
