The dealership said the wiring harness was too close to the headers and someone had pulled it off the wall, but I've heard other members say it needs to be moved regardless. Not sure but either way, I thought I'd post this in case it helps someone else avoid this happening to them

Ok so I was wrong, in the end it was more like $12,000
The first attempted fix for $4,000 and the 2nd was $8,000 AFTER discounts
