+1 on custom-ordering experience with BatteryCablesUSA. I think I also managed to order before the day's cutoff, and they're not too far from me, so even w/reg. ground shipping I got the stuff on the second day after ordering.
Nice idea on using the bolt at the sound tube; skips the step of cutting out the lug end of the cable (if otherwise using the tensioner bolt)!
