Matt, I live only about 200 miles north of Atlanta, temps do drop to 18-20 on the coldest days of winter around here. I simply don't drive my Camaro (with PS4S tires) then, as it would be dicey even on these top shelf summer tires. Not sure that is an option for OP.

Also, OP specifically asked about all-season tires for winter, so I assumed he'd still want to switch twice a year, ie between summer and all-season tires.
