Which in my experience while not a huge difference when it's really hot and humid out it does impact the performance of the AC in the car.

No no, it is not a language problem...asked 3 tuners here in EU and all told me a chiller will make hot air to enter in to the cabin. Do not know why and no reasons where given, but as I suppose the air will be inside the SC circuit (if I understood how it works).
A/C will be a bit degradated working at 50% and unused in the cabin w/ the 100% in the HX, I know that
That's why I asked here, to confirm my thoughts or no.
